The vineyard LIGNERES LATHENAY is located in Siran in the Minervois, sunny region of L'Hérault in the south of France, near Carcassonne.
This family estate of eighteen hectares, selects the best parcels of Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre to develop the vintages of Minervois and Minervois La Livinière.
The vineyard is of human size and being very attached to this soil, I carry out myself the works of the vine, vinification, until the marketing of the bottles.
